Billing is where you choose the plan that fits your workspace. Free includes one connected sales channel, and Growth is the monthly paid plan for unlimited connected channels and deeper sync workflows.
How to use it
- Open Billing to review your current plan and sales-channel allowance.
- Start the Growth trial if you want to test the paid plan before moving fully onto it.
- Use the billing portal after checkout if you need to manage a live subscription or saved payment details.
- Return to Billing any time you want to review plan status or upgrade.
Common questions
What happens if I stay on the free plan?
You can continue using the free workspace with one connected sales channel and upgrade later when you need unlimited connected channels.
Will complimentary access show as a paid subscription?
No. Complimentary upgrades can unlock Growth access inside Evargo without creating a paid Stripe subscription.
Troubleshooting
- If the billing page does not show the plan you expect, refresh after checkout returns to Evargo and allow a moment for membership sync.
- If you cannot link another sales channel, review the current allowance shown on your Billing page.
