Using Evargo
Evargo is a seller operations workspace for lawful business use. You must only connect marketplace, store, order, product, inventory, cost, and account information that you are authorised to access and manage.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure, reviewing who can access your workspace, and checking any changes before they affect connected marketplace or store accounts. Tell us promptly through the support form if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Connected services
Evargo connects with external services such as eBay, Shopify, Stripe, and authentication providers. Those services have their own terms, permissions, outages, rate limits, data formats, and platform approval rules. You remain responsible for complying with the marketplace and store obligations that apply to your seller accounts.
Plans, trials, and payment
The Free plan allows one connected sales channel. Growth is a paid monthly membership for sellers who need more connected channel capacity and deeper operational workflows. Growth checkout, trials, saved payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and billing portal access are handled through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and may include a free trial where displayed.
Cancellation and access
You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription from the signed-in Billing page once billing portal access is available. If a subscription is cancelled, unpaid, or no longer active, Evargo may move the account back to the Free plan limits. Complimentary access can be granted or removed by the Evargo team without creating a Stripe subscription.
Operational decisions
Inventory, profit, fee, tax, shipping, order, sync, and analytics information should be reviewed by you before making business decisions. Evargo helps organise seller workflows, but you remain responsible for pricing, stock, fulfilment, tax, marketplace compliance, and customer decisions.
Support and data requests
You can contact the Evargo team through the public or signed-in support form. Use the same support route to request marketplace disconnection, account deletion, or workspace data deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before completing deletion or access requests.
Availability and beta scope
Evargo is launching through a controlled soft beta before wider advertising. We aim to keep the service useful and reachable, but public pages, free access, sync behaviour, integrations, and paid plan features may change as the product improves.
